Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please note, processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping times and costs vary by destination, and customs fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

  • Returns: You may return any unworn, unused jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item, we are happy to assist with exchanges of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.
